Meet and Get to Know Tangerine, the YPMA Mascot

Meet Tangerine!

She is the Yarn Packin’ Mama mascot. She is a cute and cuddly alpaca. She was created from my love of alpacas. I love their fiber and how adorable they are.

Tangerine loves to graze and frolic in the open fields. Her favorite pass time of course. She also loves when it’s time for shearing. She stands so well for it. Then we have the lovely fiber left to process. Alpacas are precious when they are sheared down. You can really see their true body shapes.

Tangerine embodies what is important to Yarn Packin’ Mama. She embodies the freedom to enjoy nature and the simple things in life. Tangerine shows the true meaning of Hygge. She also represents my commitment to bringing my best self to all areas and never giving up. Along with tending to my herd and ensuring community growth and sustainment.
