3 Different Styles Pom Pom Makers Review

Hi there!

This week I posted a tutorial on my YouTube for how to use three different Pom Pom makers. I used a connected circular Pom Pom maker from Boye, an arch Pom Pom maker from Boye, and a detached circular Pom Pom maker that I purchased from Hobbii. Note, I am not affiliated with either of these companies.

Let’s start with my favorite because it is the easiest to use. The attached circular Pom Pom maker is the best. It is the easiest to use from wrapping to cutting. They are easy to hold and wrap. They are easy to tie off as well. I would recommend using these over the other styles, if possible.

The detached circular Pom Pom maker was decent to use. It wa ls hard to hold when I was first staring because the two halves would slide around and slip off of each other. This made it hard to start wrapping. After getting starting it was easy to finish off. I like the tie off for this one too.

My least favorite. The arch style Pom Pom maker. I had the hardest time with finishing this one. The start was really easy, but when it came to tying off it was not good. I would recommend leaving a really long tail on the left side when starting. This will ensure that you have enough yarn to tie it tightly. I had the most strands pull out in this one.

I hope this was is insightful!
